REFUND POLICY

RETURN POLICY:

You may return items within 3 days of receiving your order.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

 

Initiating a Return:

Contact our Customer Support within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

Clearly state the reason for the return and provide relevant details.

 

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

 

Refund Process:

Through Courier Service

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected for eligibility.

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Approx five (5) working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

Damaged or incorrect items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
